ticker trouble

Hi all,

I'm trying to get my ticker tape centered on the page and I've tried 
everything I can think of (putting it in <.p align="center"> instead 
of a table and nothing seems to work. I also put it inside and 
outside the logo2.txt file and that didn't work either. Can anyone 
see what I have done wrong (on this page only)?:
